Provide full range of helpdesk services to more than 400 users.
Provide onsite computer hardware and software technical support for office of 400 staff
Provide remote computer hardware and application support
Manage a Helpdesk ticketing system to track progress and closure of support issues
Manage computer and network accounts of new and departing users
Follow appropriate technical procedures and issue escalation.
Planning/organizing? Ability to prioritize urgent issues and manage priorities for project work and completion. Able to work responsibly without direct supervision.
Quality control?the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and self monitors own work to ensure quality.
Interpersonal skills?the individual maintains confidentiality and can interact with a wide range of personalities.
Problem solving? Good problem-solving techniques and logical deduction. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in fast paced environment.

Primary duties should be completed with dispatch relative to availability of information
Indirect Reports/Functional Guidance Provided (employees/work groups):
Daily interaction with other team members and team leaders
H.S. Degree required; some college preferred
2-3 years of experience or college degree in comparable field
Windows 2000 and XP Professional installation and
support in Active Directory environment
Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
Outlook support in an Exchange server environment
Web-based application troubleshooting
Network printing and file share troubleshooting
TCP/IP , LAN and WAN familiarity and troubleshooting
Computer hardware knowledge, installation and
HP Laser Jet Printer support and troubleshooting
Enterprise level Anti-virus client
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard, mouse and monitor, phone pad or similar equipment.
Able to life 25-30 pound equipment

Potential travel to Indianapolis office on occasional basis
