This position will report to the HR Manager. The Coordinator will provide high quality, confidential, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Human Resources Team.
Support Human Resources with highly customer service skills, generating employment offer letters, obtaining signature of approvals directly from department Vice Presidents, and communicating letter approvals to Recruiters.
Provide offer packet to prospective hires in a timely and professional manner.
Follows up with candidates on signed offers and serves as a point of contact for HR and candidates regarding offer status.
Partner with other HR Coordinators to ensure new hire paperwork is processed.
Assisting HR with other special projects as required.
Required Skills and Attributes
At least 3-5 years HR Coordinator or administrative experience in Human Resources and in the high tech industry.
Proficient with EcoSign, Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office Professional; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Detailed oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast paced, growth environment.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
