THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED JOB SUMMARY:
The holder of this exempt level position is responsible for daily coordination of human resources and may cover functional areas of HR to include: recruitment, benefits administration, training, and HRIS management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Handles Recruiting including (job postings, phone/resume screening etc.).
Maintain and update HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and employee transactions.
Maintain and update Learning Management System (CornerStone on-Demand).
Assists in preparation of New Employee Orientation.
Assist with improving employee satisfaction at all levels of the organization by effectively listening, identifying and responding to concerns, as well as, developing morale-building programs; assists in organizational training and development efforts.
Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Conducts or participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must hold excellent organizational and written communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Bachelors Degree in business related field.
