MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance with reviewing and adjudicating OWCP cases which have been approved by the Department of Labor
Provide assistance in reviewing current recipients of OWCP benefits
Remove agency employees who are eligible for optional retirement but receiving OWCP benefits from agency rolls
Bachelors Degree + 3 years experience, or 6 years without Bachelors
Experience working directly with department of Labor on workers compensation issues
PREFERABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with writing policy/directives for workers compensation
