The I.T. Recruiter will work with a team of hiring managers in our Atlanta and Alpharetta locations. To be great in this role, you'll need to use your skills to create fantastic job postings, research, network with passive candidates, work closely with hiring managers, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team.
Work with the I.T. managers to understand the broad technical requirements and terminology of the I.T. group to allow for quality screening of prospective employees.
Source qualified candidates through a variety of avenues including employee referrals, social networks, special interest groups and job postings.
Interview candidates to identify goals, achievements, strengths and weaknesses to make the best match to internal teams.
Understand and sell the candidates on the vast technical and career opportunities and the types of markets and fortune 50 companies that we serve.
Qualify and recommend candidates that meet our unique cultural requirements and fast paced environment
Extend and negotiate offers.
Identify and utilize direct sourcing methods
Develop and maintain high-level knowledge of current technologies
Generate reports as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT Managers.
Conducting due diligence on candidates through Reference Checks, Background Checks, etc.
3+ yrs Technical Recruiting experience required.
Strong understanding of higher level IT Skill Sets such as: Java/.Net Development, Database Administration, Cloud Computing, Embedded Engineering, Security, and Network Infrastructure.
Exceptional understanding of social media for sourcing passive candidates.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, self directed and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Professional Presentation Skills/ Consultative Sales Experience.
BS in Technical Discipline, Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
