The IAM Process Consultant is responsible for the analysis of business processes surrounding an IAM implementation, working closely with clients to discover business requirements for implementation and issues for process improvement. Works as a liaison between project team and business units to gather, synthesize, and communicate IAM project and program requirement changes and may provide training to the impacted business units. In addition, process consultants are key in driving IAM program and project unit and UAT testing phases to ensure quality deliver against defined IAM requirements and processes.
The IAM Process Consultant delivers world-class quality of service to the client through the adherence to delivery standards and processes and introspective analysis of client needs.
Work with multiple large and small clients to facilitate IAM deployment and improvement projects.
Work with a dynamic team of industry experts to deliver on client defined project outcomes.
Work with Practice and Service Managers to help facilitate a quality architecture, implementation and service delivery excellence.
Lead analysis meetings for requirements gathering.
Assist Service Managers and Engagement Managers to manage scope and requirements traceability.
Manage scope and requirements traceability.
Define and document business needs and assess capability gaps.
Define and document use case scenarios and technical requirements.
Define and document test case scenarios, which properly exercise the client IAM implementation scenario.
Work with IAM Architects and Engineers to assist with creation of design documentation.
Perform unit, functional and regression testing with IAM Engineers to ensure quality of delivery to requirements.
Assist Service Managers in developing project training materials based on project deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
3 + years in the Identity & Access Management products, environments and concepts acting as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant.
Bachelor?s Degree and/?or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience.
Demonstrated experience managing customer requirements and communication.
Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
Exceptional analytical and process development skills.
Ability to manage multiple issues at one time with exceptional follow through.
Experience working remotely with a virtual team.
Good Analytical Problem solving skills, strategic thinking and requirement capture capabilities.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and business audiences.
Experience with analysis techniques including: Data flow Diagrams, Metrics and Key Performance Indicators, Non-functional Requirements analysis, process modeling, root cause analysis, scenarios and use cases, state diagrams, SWOT analysis, User stories.
Familiar with directories and relational databases (LDAP, AD, eDirectory, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS)
Experience with scripting (Ruby), query analyzers and general system administration tools (FTP, Telnet, RPC).
Training and Mentoring:
Discover and proactively learn how IAM services are currently maturing and the various capabilities of products such as Quest1, NetIQ, CA and Courion.
Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst less experienced practice members, including setting precedence as a role model for knowledge sharing (?practice what you preach?).
Assist PS Leadership and Practice Managers to ensure less experienced members of the practice are current on training and skillsets.
Productivity and Throughput:
Ensures client billable time is logged into time and expense system every other weekday. Expenses should be logged on a weekly basis.

Accountable for setting a positive momentum and drive service delivery and execution for client projects. Accountable for clearly identifying and communicating the delivery requirements, quality expectations, and be the voice of the customer with the other members of the project team.
Responsible for driving and ensuring productivity with least amount of supervision.
Responsible for managing work tasks and time and raising concerns regarding level of supervision to functional manager.
Process Consultants are responsible for driving an atmosphere of partnership with Identropy team members and client stakeholders.
Process Consultants are accountable for leading by example and communicating with other members that errors are ?ok?. Errors happen during project execution. The key here is to help other team members in resolving errors with grace and humility
Responsible for sharing at least 4 areas of knowledge or expertise with members of the practice.
Responsible for taking active coaching or mentoring roles within the organization.
Process Consultants will be an example for the Identropy team. It is of critical importance that Process Consultants set the attitude and pace for day-to-day execution of Identropy and client projects. Friendliness and partnership with other team members is a core and key requirement as a senior member of the Identropy team.
Process Consultants will be accountable for fostering an environment of transparency when dealing with Identropy and client projects.
Process Consultants will be accountable for clearly communicating and articulating a requirements management vision or deficiencies, including critical impact to project execution based on current client requirements.
Process Consultants will be accountable for clearly communicating all requirement conflicts that will impact project execution and on time delivery of client deliverables.
Candidates meeting some of these criteria, but with a significant interest and aptitude to learn these skills will also be considered.
