Job Description Basic Function/Job Overview:
Primarily responsible for consulting with the client on best practices of implementing Talent Management Solutions post sale and leading implementation of highly customized Talent Management Solutions. Responsibilities include consulting, documenting current and future state processes, developing a statement of work, managing project resources, project management duties including time management for the life of the project, vendor management, and client relationship management.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
--Acts as an implementation consultant/analyst for HRsmart software implementations
--Learns HRsmart products at an expert level.
--Leads meetings; facilitates and consults on talent management best practices, design & configuration of solution, change communications and training.
--Analyzes customers' business requirements and software/product objectives: working with Development creates: detailed business requirements, architecture scope, detailed design, functional specifications and technical specifications.
--Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
--Ensures that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan.
--Enforces criteria concerning scope, success factors, and potentially change management; translates additional scope into additional revenue.
--Executes the design by managing or conducting the product configurations
--Manages other HRsmart team members assigned to the implementation in order to ensure on-time deliverables.
--Acts as a liaison between customers and company during the implementation process, including facilitating meetings, documentation of requirements, and timely follow up.
--Complete other project management duties when required such as timeline management, issue resolution, UAT, and Initial client reviews.
Job Requirements Required Knowledge and Skills:
--4-6 years experience in Project Management , Consulting, or Recruitment.
--History of strong project management experience, preferably within a technology environment.
--Strong communication skills.
--Demonstrate aptitude, or potential for, working in an applied technology environment.
--An ability to advise, educate, and influence stakeholders.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
--7+ years experience in Recruitment, Consulting, or Project Management, and have implemented enterprise talent management solutions.
--Bi-lingual (Spanish and English).
Training, Certification and/or Educational Requirements:
--A Bachelor?s degree in Business or certificate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business.
