THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Inside Sales and Support Representative will effectively engage long term care facility leaders in informational/promotional communications about Remedi?s products through outbound and inbound telephone discussion leading to appointments for presentations.
Inside sales position will call on Administrators, DONs, Executive Directors, CFO?s, owners of Nursing facilities, and consultant groups
Meeting the sales objectives within assigned territory (phone time, call count and revenue) and meeting daily productivity goals?
Establishing and implementing optimum call and contact frequencies to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Getting appointments for field sales reps at customer facilities
Confirming appts and providing all info to sales reps to prep for appts
Getting Remedi on the list for upcoming bids and RFPs
Drive potential customers to landing pages
Provide support for sales and marketing
Educate potential customers on Product offerings
Send out follow up emails, letters, marketing materials on pre-determined schedule depending on Stage of Sales Process
A bachelor?s degree in healthcare preferred w/ some sales or marketing experience.
Previous LTC pharmacy sales experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrate basic industry, customer and LTC Pharmacy knowledge
Superior verbal & written communication skills required.
Ability to overcome obstacles to gain access to key personnel
Excellent selling/persuasion/presentation skills.
Must be available for a flexible eight-hour shift from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to ensure best times to reach potential customers
Computer skills including SFDC & Excel
Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording/handling client information.
Ability to travel over night
