Responsibilities of the Inside Sales ? Maintenance Preparation Specialist involves, but not limited to, preparation of quotations for upcoming Maintenance contracts, validating entitlement information from the Maintenance sales team, performing phone campaigns to Maintenance customers, and a variety of data validation projects.
2 Year College degree or industry equivalent Sales experience preferred.
2+ years telephonic sales experience in an inbound-outbound B2B/B2C/Channel environment. Must have strong proficiency using applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Previous CRM (SalesFroce.com) and ERP (Oracle) utilization highly recommended.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited, to, the following:
Provides support to the Inside Sales team related to creation of Maintenance contracts/quotes.
Monitors the funnel of expiring agreements and provides quote preparation (co-term) and quote creation of upcoming renewal opportunities.
Management, upkeep, and synchronization of Maintenance renewal data in our ERP system (Oracle) and CRM application (SalesForce.com).
Assures that Maintenance quotes and contracts contain all appropriate terms and conditions for the level of support selected by the end user.
Provides checks and balances to the order entry process for renewed maintenance agreements.
Maintenance Follow Up
Contacts existing SafeNet customers through various phone and email campaigns as a ?temperature gauge? for the correct forecasting of the upcoming renewal.
Assist in negotiation of Maintenance agreement.
Document end user and partner information into the SafeNet CRM application after capturing information critical to advancing the sales cycle.
Actively pursue lapsed and lost customers to reinstate support.
Updates data records (e.g. buying influences, email addresses, partner information, etc.) for SafeNet?s CRM investment.
Regularly attends team meetings to provide status updates, obtain answers to clarifying questions and share obstacles, roadblocks, and successes
