The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Inside Sales and Maintenance Renewal teams with a focus on generating new business through lead and meeting generation.
This position is based in Seattle, WA. We?ve got a great location next to the Ship Canal in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, and offer a great benefits package including transportation assistance and generous time off.
NetMotion Wireless develops software to manage and secure wireless data deployments for organizations with mobile field workers. Manage an Inside Sales Team (both local and remote) to successfully hit metrics & quotas
Develop & refine tools, strategies, goals and metrics for the inside sales team; Regularly review team performance against metrics and assigned goals
Develop the team through coaching and training to increase individual and team success; Be sure best practices are shared and implemented across the team
Ensure effective use of Salesforce.com and telephone reporting system
Work with other departments to ensure systems can capture needed data to inform business of critical information
Work with Marketing and to ensure efficient prospect/customer information exchange and hand-off
Work with Sales and Marketing to ensure sufficient number of inquiries/campaigns to achieve sales objectives
Prospect to find new qualified opportunities for field sales and create awareness and need for company products
Engage with executives and others at target accounts in order to cultivate business opportunities
Work closely with Outside Sales team in prospecting campaigns and territory planning
Other duties as assigned
Minimum 3+ years of high performance Inside Sales Management experience with a focus on lead/meeting generation
Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals in an Inside Sales environment
Experience in working with cross functional teams, and creating good working relationships among departments
Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Proven track record of producing results (team and personal)
Excellent written and oral communication skills with both internal and external customers
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is required
Experience selling to marketing leaders, executives and business owners preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
