The right person is someone who has started his or her sales career and wants more. The ISR position is the perfect opportunity for contributing to our sales efforts while learning about our sales organization and seeing how far you can go. With many years of building our Inside Sales Team from within the company, we are now looking to expand our search externally. We are looking for someone who can make the most of this position and show us what he or she can do!

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate quality handoffs (prospects) to the Regional and Membership Directors
Call, qualify and advance new leads
Create call lists and prospect into the existing database
Will team directly with the Regional and Membership Directors
Sell within the existing sales methodology
Assist in objection handling
Perform COMPASS demos
Create price proposals
Support eBlasts and direct mail blitzes
Be available for prospect calls after hours, at times
Early qualification of leads
Hunt Line coverage
Occasional trips into market
Support and attend some sales events
Excellent work ethic
Ability to work within a team structure
Motivated to earn and succeed
Strong communication skills, especially listening skills
Fundamental sales background is important
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn a large amount of content quickly
Ability to adjust tactics on the fly
