Inside Sales Representatives will work at our Southborough, Massachusetts office. Local candidate?s only; relocation is not available.
The Inside Sales Representative role provides an ambitious individual with the opportunity to develop additional sales skills and advance to an outside sales role as he/she pursues a successful sales career. This position will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities including:
Completing a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
Qualifying and transitioning sales leads to territory representatives.
Responding to and escalating inbound/outbound telephone calls associated with leads in response to direct marketing efforts.
Participating in inside sales campaigns in conjunction with marketing team. Acting as a liaison between sales and marketing teams.
Ensuring leads are advancing through sales funnel and that appropriate follow-up is completed.
Providing feedback to sales and marketing organizations based upon client conversations.
Coordinate and execute all telemarketing and inside sales efforts across regions.
Drive inside sales campaigns and become an integral part of our sales team.
Generate/escalate sales opportunities to appropriate territory representative as a result of direct marketing efforts.
Partner with marketing team to advance sales campaign practices.
Leverage sales & technical experience to articulate GlassHouse?s professional service value proposition to clients in a compelling manner.
Achieve conversion targets, customer satisfaction, relationship building & territory expansion requirements.
Proven selling ability.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of professional inside sales experience working for a high tech, data storage or infrastructure services company.
In addition to exceptional communication skills, client service ethic and telemarketing skill set, a strong sales aptitude is required. Candidates must also demonstrate strong business judgment, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous sales.
