The Integration Specialist will play a vital role in the Integrations Team, with a combination of hands on coordination. This person will assist in managing projects which center on the development, implementation, and support of various integrations. This position reports to the Director of Integrations and is based in Waltham, MA. This position will require occasional travel to customer sites and meetings with vendors, occasional weekend and night work, along with on-call responsibilities. Although this is not a development position, it will require an understanding of technical concepts and experience working in a SaaS development environment.

Daily activities/responsibilities will typically include:
Leading the various integration implementation projects including configuration and performing hands-on customer and vendor testing
Must be able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, under pressure, including some after-hours efforts
Work closely with the various teams within Passkey including implementations, customer support, account management, and development on all aspects of integration.
Perform hands on testing and troubleshooting of various integrations which are XML based utilizing various web services and SOAP, using established structured certification test cases and troubleshooting tools
Coordinate and assist in troubleshoot connectivity problems issues vis-- -vis vendor systems
Assist in the development and lead integration certification programs with vendors and partners using standard developed test cases
Work as part of a team which triages third level support and act as an escalation point between Passkey and the different vendors/partners
Support development engineers and QA with new development as it overlaps with business domain knowledge
Provide updates to internal and external documentation and project status updates using Salesforce.com
On-call and afterhours activities are required due to the international support and nature of the hospitality industry
The ideal candidate will have:
A desire to provide extraordinary customer service on a consistent basis with both internal and external stakeholders
Track record on managing multiple technical projects of varying complexity and priority
Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on business drivers
Trouble-shooting experience and the ability and understanding of how software systems interact (preferably Java/J2EE)
Experience with XML, SOAP, Web Services, style sheet transformations as it pertains to systems integration
Understanding of internet connectivity and SSL communications; concepts around VPN a plus

Ideally some programming experience
Understanding of Hospitality, Security PCI-DDS, SSL a plus
