Currently we are seeking candidates who have an enthusiasm and commitment to provide a "Best in Class" client service experience to our Financial Advisors.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist in operations processing for any of the following areas: Managed Account Services, Product Data Administration, Portfolio Administration, Manager Services, Overlay Services, Institutional or Advisor Service, or Business Process Analysis.
?Collaboratively works with Operations employees to solve operational issues. Assesses process effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement as needed.
?Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
?Organizes workflows to meet client timeframes and directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated operations team.
?Performs quality control on key performance indicators.
?Gathers data on inbound requests (email, phone call, service request) and trends the data so that long term solutions can be established and installed
?Creates and maintains hard and soft process manuals. This may include but is not limited to procedural documentation, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and user guides.
?Assists Supervisor with projects on an as needed basis.
?Attends team and other department meetings in order to keep current with changing policies, procedures, priorities, etc., and communicate all relevant business information.
?Background in Finance with a focus in business administration, investments, and process management.
?Must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
?Must be able to critically analyze information and make recommendations.
?Must be able to adjust to changing priorities.
?Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities.
?Must have the ability to operate and take initiative with little or no direction.
?Must be capable of gathering information from various sources to assist in critical decision making.
?Must be able to communicate with others in a concise, productive and professional manner.
?Must be able to comprehend and act on information communicated both verbally and from internal/external documents or computer terminal.
?Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
?Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Must have strong math skills.
?Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
