The International Client Coordinator is responsible for supporting PlayNetwork?s accounts to ensure we are exceeding client expectations from a service and performance perspective. This role works closely with both internal departments and external clients to ensure PlayNetwork service standards are consistently delivered to our clients, resellers, and affiliate offices internationally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Client Coordinator position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs.
?Lead the contract process for accounts including initial client contact through contract execution in support of Client Managers and Director of Region.
?Determine client?s existing system configuration and installation requirements so PlayNetwork equipment can be easily installed.
?Uncover system upgrade and/or service opportunities and communicate requirements to internal teams.
?Ability to provide frontline system troubleshooting to uncover and resolve component compatibility and/or IT issues.
?Assure accurate information is captured for initial account set-up, including all salesforce entry requirements.
?Create professional program communication summaries for both corporate contacts and strategic partners.
?Maintain accurate subscriber and program activity reports.
?Perform audits of existing accounts for invoicing accuracy, contract status and proactively resolve issues.
?Serve as a liaison between Client and Creative services teams to ensure production schedules are being met and creative strategies are well received.
?Support Client Managers on client management tasks and special projects as assigned.
?Work in conjunction with Client Management and/or Client Managers to support and coordinate day to day activity on key National accounts as requested.
?Manage chain accounts or ?Regional? accounts, including upsell and contract renewal process.
?Manage key business relationships with global reseller and contractor networks in the international markets.
?Liaise with global licensing agencies and PlayNetwork?s Licensing/Finance teams to provide accurate reporting on usage/expenditures.
?Support Global Client Management team on management/sales related conferences, which may occur before or after working hours in order to align with client time zone.
?2+ years call center / customer service department experience
?1+ year inside sales experience
?1-2 years working in Commercial Sound industry
?Good understanding of standard Audio/Video system design and installation practices
?Strong PC Skills proficient in MS Office Suite Applications
