The Homestead Websites Team has great opportunities for Sales & Support Consultants in our Englewood (Denver, Colorado) office. We are looking for Homestead customer ambassadors who can live and breathe our values and are sincerely interested in creating a uniquely positive customer experience and demonstrate to our customers that we care about them. Actively take customer support calls, identify customer's business requirements, while recommending the appropriate products and services. Assist Small Business customers and deliver an experience so profound that customers love using our products and actively recommend them to others. Deliver service to our customers that shows we care about them. Ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to successfully run their business. Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve customer issues and continuously improve our processes. Skillfully find ways to make each sales & support experience great for every customer. Educate customers for future growth in their Small Business and build their confidence in our products.

As an Internet Product Sales & Support Consultant, you will consult with current and potential customers to determine which of our products or services will match their business needs. In your customer interactions through inbound technical support calls, you will provide excellent customer service and superior knowledge of our products and services by using your expert consultative skills. You will identify customer needs and offer revolutionary product and/or service solutions. You have the ability to delight customers by solving technical support issues, while consistently attaining revenue targets. You have a strong understanding of website solutions, business solutions and e-commerce.

Previous small business experience a plus!
Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, financial services
Intermediate Computer (or better) skills including MS Office Suite
High School Diploma required, College Degree Preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a background test and credit check
