We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join the Inventory Analytics and Management team. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities for a cross-functional team. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for critical day-to-day tasks that will support the Ad Account Management team in the efficient and timely creation and publication of ad campaigns.
Compile and distribute daily and weekly campaign performance and inventory management reports.
Develop ad copy which aligns with bank requirements and advertiser goals.
Create custom channel demos for current and prospective clients.
Support the ad campaign workflow and sales cycle, including managing Salesforce inputs, assisting with presentation materials, coordinating priorities with Account Management team members, developing and maintaining prioritization processes.
Monitor status reports and dashboards; effectively communicate issues that may impact their ad campaigns to the Ad Account Management team.
Coordinate and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
Serve as liaison to interdepartmental teams including Merchant Cleaning and Decision Sciences.
Facilitate inbound request to the Account Management team from prospective and current advertisers.
Skills and Requirements
1-2+ years of experience in a high-paced environment; background in advertising or copy writing a plus.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in deadline-driven, results-oriented environment.
Adept at working under tight deadlines and work effectively in team environment.
Analytically minded, critical thinker with natural curiosity.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel including pivot tables, chart making and manipulation of large data sets.
Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
Comfortable adjusting to changing work priorities.
Team player willing to go the extra mile with a positive attitude.
BA/BS with a strong academic record
