THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota for more than three decades, merged with Insight Imaging in 2012 to create one of the nation?s largest radiology providers for fixed site and mobile diagnostic imaging and interventional services. JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates the overall accounting and reporting of the field engineer budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs reconciliation, and payment for all engineering vendor invoices
Works with mobile division to track and coordinate injectors PM schedule
Tracks mobile systems to adjust service contracts from full service to ideal service when mobile may not be in use
Reports on monthly budget variances
Assists with preparing the annual engineering budget
Participates in identifying and implementing cost saving methods used to control engineering services and expenses
Identifies and researches billing errors and contract non-compliance through review of billing records
Matches purchase orders to invoices and/ or gets appropriate signoff before payment
Audits adherence to procedures & authorization levels
Codes payment of invoices to take advantage of discounts and verifies correct billing rates
Maintains accounts payable files of paid invoices insuring proper back-up is maintained for use by other departments
Ensures no double payments are made
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required

Skill in written and verbal communication
Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Accounting and/or A/P experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft Excel
Strong 10 key skills
Proficiency in basic math skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in billing or related role preferred
