Lead Development Representative LogRhythm

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Lead Development Group (LDG). The primary mission of the LDG is to develop leads and contacts from a variety of sources into qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
A key member of the LogRhythm Marketing Team, the Lead Development Representative will:
Qualify leads from a variety of sources (e.g., tradeshows, whitepaper downloads, webinar attendees, web visitors, etc.) via email, telephone calls and online research.
Identify prospects to find log management and security event management projects. This task includes researching the leads (prospects) who have responded to outbound email campaigns or show interest in LogRhythm, and pursuing leads to navigate to the appropriate contacts or groups with active projects.
Effectively and efficiently track all prospects in their assigned regions via Salesforce.com and nurture them through a lead development process from prospects to qualified sales opportunities.
Using a combination of emails and calls, develop and test messages with prospects to achieve highest response rate to LogRhythm outreach.
Maintain a cadence of at least 80-100 calls and emails per day.
Collaborate with Federal Sales Team to maximize territory development.
Self-starting learner who thrives under pressure and enjoys success
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Inside sales or Lead qualification experience, with a proven track record achieving daily and weekly activity goals
Strong attention to detail, ability to with excellent time management and planning skills.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Inside Sales or Lead qualification experience with a record of exceeding goals and targets
Skilled at open-ended questioning
A proven track record of success including consistently exceeding goals and targets for activities and or sales.
Experience selling into the Federal market is a plus
A desire to pursue a career in sales
