Lead User Experience / User Interface Designer Rover
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Above all, you demand to understand the big picture; why we?re trying to solve a given problem, and what success looks like. Once that?s clear, you have an eye for design and a clear idea about how the pieces tie together. Your creations achieve a level of UX perfection not unlike Michelangelo?s David. You also enjoy working with engineers & understand the limitations of technology. You have opinions about user testing best practices. Your creations both delight users and drive the conversion rate metrics we strive for.
We?re looking for someone who can work alongside our VP of Product to build consensus around the overall user experience and from there develop and optimize user experience flows, refine purchase interaction, expand site features and truly ?own? how users interact with Rover. The ideal candidate can help shepherd a feature from prototype to acceptance testing by translating product requirements into finely tuned user experiences. You have a knack for efficient documentation, a love for design and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced startup environment.
