Sales Team Description
The goal of this team is to provide quality local businesses, valuable digital interaction with a relevant local audience through internet video advertising. We will be responsible for the growth of our B2B sales. Creating and developing long-term relationships with Los Angeles' best businesses to provide healthy growth for both companies as well as the community.
Job Description - Local sales & Digital Advertising Specialist
Our ideal candidate will be an individual currently working in the internet marketing/advertising field that is looking to grow their resume, find a position with high-growth potential, and become a leader in their industry.
We are looking for individuals with the self-motivation to create a new sales network with Los Angeles' finest local businesses. You must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and proficient problem solving skills.
You will be a community salesman and advocate for TownSpot, visiting the local businesses to discuss advertising opportunities. Your duties will consist of making the initial connection, leading each account from introduction to sale, and providing guidance throughout each advertising campaign.
This process will include; the initial sales pitch, follow ups to explain TownSpot's unique solutions, proposal of ad campaigns, negotiation of rate, closing of sale, plus management and analysis of each account.
--Personal, phone, and email sales calls.
--Customer relationship management
--Create 10 qualified sales leads per week
--Attend weekly sales team meetings
--Community relationship development
--Plan for company growth
--Must be Los Angeles based with adequate transportation
--Have a strong desire to discover your city
--Excellent social intelligence

--Commitment of 20 hours per week/half-time work
This position is 20 hours per week/HALF-TIME based and you can work out of your own location as all your work will be either digital or will be you in person travelling to local businesses in LA. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to jump into the sales and digital world, or a more experiences sales officer looking to get involved with the next big thing.
Compensation will be $200/week plus stock options in the company. To be discussed based off your experience and interview.
