We are looking for someone to play a key role as a Manager, Account Management in ensuring the Account Management team is supported, motivated, performing and that all internal and external clients are receiving exceptional customer service.
What You?ll Do:
You will be directly responsible for all day to day management of an assigned territory of Account Managers, with focus on Entertainment Accounts. The Manager drives both the pre sales and post sales process interfacing with internal and external partners. In addition, they must build and fosters direct relationships with clients.
You will play a key and crucial role as a leader and mentor for the staff that ensure our sales cycle is seamless and our clients are happy and returning. In addition you?ll be building and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders from Sales to Network/Publisher Development to Creative and Ad Operations.

A successful Manager, Account Management at Tremor Video utilizes and excels in customer service. They are solution driven, results oriented and have a keen eye and respect for details. They rely on an analytical mind and exceptional communication skills to tackle the daily problems that arise in a sales cycle. They appreciate and have experience mentoring and coaching a staff of individual contributors.
What You Will Have Done:
You will have spent 5+ years in a role on an Account Management, Sales Planning or Operations team. You will have managed for 1-2 years. You will have been using the Microsoft Office Suite for your career and have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
