The Manager Consumer Insights leads client projects as part of the Marketing Analytics Team. They manage strategy, analysis plans and design, execution, and coordination of data from a variety of sources. Deliverables include, formalized market research, application/segment centric reporting, re-useable algorithms, white-papers and ad hoc analyses and communications campaigns designed to support operations of managed care organizations (MCOs), pharmacy benefits manager (PBMs) and disease management (DM) clients.
Collaborate with technical resources at customers, business partners, and with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of actionable insights.
Manage database development using Microsoft SQL Server including design, stored procedures, replication, indexing and tuning.
Identify unique and market leading insights, based on member profiles, healthcare data and observable behavior.
Assist in the development of replicable frameworks and algorithms
Model data in order to improve communications campaigns.
Provide leadership for less experienced team members.
Present ideas and recommendations to both internal team members and clients for improving communication program performance.
Strong aptitude for data analysis, critical thinking, and customer relations.
4+ years work experience in an applied research setting.
2+ years development experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable database development skills including stored procedures, tuning, and replication.
Expertise with Excel and/or Access required, familiarity with statistics software (STATA, SAS, SPSS) strongly preferred.
4 year degree in a quantitative discipline.
Curious and engaged disposition.
