THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThe Manager of Sales Compensation will be responsible for developing annual sales commission plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Finance, to drive sales performance. The Manager will lead sales compensation design, administration and reporting. The ideal person will have a vast knowledge of sales compensation in a multi-product organization. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing & analyzing sales compensation plans and driving sales results.
?BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent experience, required (i.e.: management or communications). Advanced degree preferred.
?Experience analyzing complex data to drive business toward enhanced revenue and customer loyalty.
?10+ years of successful sales compensations management experience in a multiple product competitive industry
?Experience developing sales incentive plans and analyzing sales performance data.
?Demonstrated success in translating marketing plans into sales compensation programs in telecommunications or another competitive industry.
?Thorough knowledge and background in all sales channels including but not limited to indirect and direct sales channels
?Proven financial modeling skills.
?Quantifiable accomplishments in development of sales compensation plans that achieve desired results.
?Proven ability to form successful partnerships, preferably in a -matrixed- organizations
?Proven ability to negotiate successfully with internal and external parties.
?Proven ability to communicate effectively with and influence senior level executives.
?Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
?Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
?Ability to drive on time completion of projects.
?Ability to work in an ambiguous business environment.
?Demonstrated attention to detail.
