The primary responsibility of B2B Marketing Manager is to strengthen the marketing efforts of NeweggBusiness by creating and executing a measurable marketing communications plan across all communications disciplines; and to position the products and services of NeweggBusiness.com.
The B2B Marketing Manager is also responsible for managing marketing strategies and programs that foster stronger customer relationships generate sales, build loyalty and higher conversion rate.
Build, manage, and support effective marketing programs within budget and investment guidelines
Analyze marketing trends and tracking competitors? activities and providing valuable inputs for product and service enhancements
Develop marketing strategies and execute marketing plans that drive customer loyalty and retention
Work closely with B2B team and understand the business in order to develop marketing programs that increases revenue and attracts new customers
Work closely with the individual marketing departments/groups to coordinate and assist with activities which are specific to B2B team and are components of the overall B2B marketing plan
Take ownership for execution of specific activities when required including but not limited to in depth involvement with email marketing planning and execution
Work with outside vendors and agencies to coordinate events and programs when needed
Regularly track and report each marketing plans/program performance and results
Support the execution of marketing events with each department
Maintain strong communication and coordination with all members of the marketing and merchandising departments

BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum 5 years marketing experience including at least 1 2 years of experience in an IT e-commerce environment
Must be knowledgeable about various e-commerce marketing opportunities
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent analytical, organizational and coordination skills
Energetic, creative and ability to produce new ideas, approaches or insights
Goal oriented and success driven
Familiar with B2B business model and sales processes
