What You?ll Do for Us
You're going to play a major role in researching, identifying and developing the marketing campaigns that will drive business leads that will directly impact TimeTrade's bottom line.
You'll develop content for TimeTrade's initiatives in online advertising, SEO, email marketing campaigns, website content and social media campaigns.
You'll manage work with our design teams to build content and sales tools that will not only make the sales process easier, but will "Wow!" our prospects and customers.
You'll help identify opportunities for events and tradeshows and develop an exceptional presence for our brand.
You'll help drive the campaigns and content that populate our internal marketing calendar and be prepared to speak to our programs and results during cross-functional meetings.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
Of course, this is the section where you expect to read about the list of skills you'll need to get the job done. We?re happy to oblige!
At a minimum you?ll be developing campaigns and content for email marketing, sales presentations, TimeTrade.com, PR, social media, and Google Adwords.
You should have a Bachelor's degree or enough relevant education that you can prove to us you have what it takes to deliver results.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a history of developing effective marketing campaigns and be prepared to speak to the tangible business impact of those campaigns.
We're hoping you have 3-7 years of marketing experience under your belt.
TimeTrade?s team is a dynamic and exciting one, and we are looking for someone who is not afraid to take the reigns and show leadership and be a prominent figure in the organization.
Interviewing At TimeTrade
Even though we already know that you?re the best person for the job, we still want you to prove to us that we were right all along.
We?re not trying to grade you, though. Instead, we will simulate what it would be like to work here so that you can decide if you?d like it here, and we can do the same. As a marketer, you should be prepared to market yourself. It will be important to us to see how you present yourself both in written and verbal communications.
One of the final steps of the interview process will be a presentation to select marketing and executive stakeholders. As we mentioned, this will not be a "right or wrong" test, but a display of how you work, how you present yourself, and how we can expect to work together.
