Marketing Specialist Cyber Ark
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As Marketing Specialist, you will have responsibility for demand generation programs that provide qualified leads to the Americas sales team. Using a mix of web, email and face to face activities, you will engage new prospects into a marketing dialog with Cyber-Ark, and continue to nurture them until they are qualified to speak with a member of our inside or field sales team. You will work closely with Cyber-Ark sales managers and reps, product marketing and product management, as well as with Cyber-Ark channel partners.
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing Programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate "top of funnel" leads. Includes the responsibility to hire and manage agencies, and to project manage all internal and external resources involved in the campaign.
Create and execute lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel to lead qualification.
Coordinate Cyber-Ark's presence and activities at major tradeshows, conferences and events including event strategy, resource recruiting, onsite management, event measurement and all logistics including contracts, vendor management and shipments.
Insure that all leads from events are imported correctly and accurately into Salesforce.
Manage the budget and track all program invoices and expense commitments on an ongoing basis.
Build relationships and work closely with Channel partners to insure success of joint events, campaigns and website descriptions.
Manage the inventory of all marketing materials, collateral, and giveaways.
Skills and Specifications:
Strong lead generation experience using multiple marketing programs, including events, web-based, email and direct mail vehicles.
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to execute
Proven self-starter with strong creative streak.
Computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to operate under pressure, meet tight deadlines and prioritize changing requirements
Effective project management skills
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Working knowledge of the latest marketing tactics and technologies.
Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member.
Strong communications skills.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing liberal arts.
2-4+ years in a marketing role with lead generation responsibilities.
Experience with SalesForce and Marketo are a must
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) a plus
15% travel required
