What We're Looking For:
We are a high growth, fast paced company looking for a Media Marketing Manager reporting to the Director, Online Marketing who will support the lead generation and marketing group.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Build a profitable media program using your understanding of Search and Display Platforms
Constantly refine and build PPC strategies while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Compiling media plans that adhere to company goals
Analyze the volume, behavior and cost efficiency of each search keyword through internal software
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and IT to implement new ad copy and landing pages; run A/B tests
Identify the need for, and regularly adjusts bid levels to achieve volume and cost efficiency targets
Responsible for managing other lead generation tactics outside of Paid Search
Work with marketing and provide analysis and recommendations
Responsible for tracking costs and reporting results and strategy to management
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
3+ years of hands-on direct-response Search Engine Marketing experience
Must have deep knowledge of PPC data and analytics
Expert knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo! and Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Knowledgeable with tracking/tagging different media source
Experience with alternative lead generation platforms (Display Networks, Portals, Aggregators, Social Media)
Ability to analyze and translate data from web analytics into an actionable plans/recommendations
Proven and demonstrable results with growing Search and Contextual ads
Ability to respond in a flexible manner and to re-prioritize work as situations change
Must be detail oriented with strong planning and analytical skills
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Excel and garners insights from large data sets
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Bachelor?s degree in related field
