THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The position in Member Services is for a Business Analyst / Program Manager. The person will be responsible for our ?Change? platform and agenda and will work with the relevant managers to create a framework around project lifecycle management.
Gathering, organizing, documenting and validating business requirements against internal and external industry best practices.
Creating a functional design and explaining the business requirements to the Information Technology staff (architects, data modelers, developers and quality assurance).
Create deliverables in the requirements and functional design phase during the life-cycle of a project.
Coordinate testing efforts in the System and User Acceptance Phases of a project and a play a significant role in business process documentation and end user training.
Develop strategies to collect and analyze the business problem or opportunity for improvement.
Define scope, gather and document business requirements.
Develop detailed requirements and functional design documents that can be referenced by a delivery staff, respond to their questions and reconcile the functionality of their deliverables to these documents.
Work with the project manager to ensure traceability of business requirements from Business Analysis through to User Acceptance Testing and Implementation.
Coordinate testing efforts (System and User Acceptance).
Help QA team and end users identify, track, report and resolve test issues in a timely fashion.
Based on test issue resolution, work with business community to identify required changes and communicate changes to development staff.
Document new business/system processes and manage the delivery of end user training.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document recommendations for improvement/modification if required.
5+ years overall business analysis experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira , Confluence and Microsoft project.
Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
Knowledge of financial instruments and back/middle office operations.
Extensive business user and client interfacing skills are required.
Superior communication and client service facing skills.
