The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator for iPipeline will be a key team member supporting the deployment, support and enhancement iPipeline?s CRM systems. This individual must provide high quality system support, system configuration, security administration, issue resolution, patching and maintenance for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 partner hosted infrastructure & BizTalk 2010 environment.
Work with the network group as needed to help monitor, optimize and troubleshoot CRM & BizTalk performance as needed
Manage application configurations in accordance with corporate Change Management policies, versioning control policies, and vendor best practices.
Plan, test, and implement application patch administration and version upgrades as needed.
Work with Microsoft to ensure our Dynamics CRM 2011 environment is configured and tuned correctly for a Partner Hosted solution.
Work with Microsoft to ensure our BizTalk 2010 environment is configured and tuned correctly.
Create, assist, and troubleshoot CRM & BizTalk integrations to external application systems.
Troubleshoot, develop, and implement user security access and role assignments within Dynamics CRM using IFD Claims Based Authentication.
Create strategies, documentation and architecture to support high available and disaster recovery of the CRM/Biztalk environment. Participate in disaster recovery exercises.
Document iPipeline?s Dynamics CRM 2011 Partner Hosted & BizTalk 2010 infrastructure.
Work with the development team to document custom developed solutions prior to application go live.
Facilitate knowledge transfer between the development team and application support team.
Develop and maintain an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes surrounding iPipeline SaaS applications.
Assist in training of business users and fellow IT team members on CRM & BizTalk applications.
Assist in other areas of infrastructure operational support as needed
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, other related field or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge and Experience
3+ years? experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM application administrator.
3+ years? experience as a Microsoft BizTalk administrator.
Experience and/or training on Microsoft Dynamics 2011, Microsoft BizTalk 2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or 2012, and Microsoft .NET.
Acute understanding of CRM integration technology with other Microsoft products, including BizTalk, SQL Server Reporting Services and Exchange.
Experienced in CRM IFD Claims Based authentication configurations
Experienced in Dynamics CRM implementations
Confident and composed in the identification and resolution of technical issues.
Flexible and adaptable to new challenges within a growing IT infrastructure. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and support new applications.
Ability to adapt technical solutions to complex business situations and strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to work independently and with little supervision.
Must be able to effectively troubleshoot application issues and be able to independently make excellent judgment calls towards resolution.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Experience creating both technical and user centric application documentation.
