National Account Wholesale Manager Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionServe as the primary liaison between Integra Telecom and assigned national or wholesale Carrier account customers. Travel within the United States to current and prospective customer sites; present communication service opportunities, provide proposals for products and services, and originate new business orders. Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal Integra team members in an effort to address customer retention and service issues.
Demonstrated sales proposal development and presentation to high-end customers; 2 year?s experience managing various projects; Experience in positioning, managing and selling to high-end national or wholesale customers; 5+ year?s experience in working with sales of high complexity and high volumes, as well as looking at market opportunities; Ability to travel within the Continental United States at least 50% of the time; Demonstrated knowledge of network optimization, solution sales or similar type sales training/experience skills; Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience; Knowledge of ASR, LSR, Circuits, provisioning, and porting; Demonstrated knowledge of managing telecommunications accounts; Demonstrates the ability to interface with and present to small and large sized groups in a professional manner; Demonstrates strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills; Successful track record of exceeding quota; Exceptional communication skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service; Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone skills. Presentation skills; Ability and/or desire to travel to customer sites; Proven time management and organizational skills, and ability to be self-directed.
Demonstrated sales experience within the telecommunications industry; Experience working within a team environment and cross departmentally; 4 plus year?s experience working with complex Carrier, Wholesale, or National Customer Accounts in an account or project management capacity; Experience in a sales CRM application.
