Retailigence Corp., the leading mobile path-to-purchase advertising company, is looking for a National Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the preparation, closing, execution, and profitability of RTB-based mobile-to-store digital marketing campaigns. The position reports to the VP Sales and Business Development, and is located in Redwood City, CA with convenient Caltrain access.
What You'll Be Doing
--As National Sales Manager you will utilize your understanding of the retail, brand and/or mobile industries and Retailigence's unique solution and benefits to manage sales cycles, cultivate opportunities and exceed sales targets in consultation with the VP Sales
--Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders such as retailers, brands and agencies at both senior and mid-management levels
--Ensure that our clients receive a high level of operational account service by working collaboratively with cross functional teams (account management, ad operations, product marketing) to drive revenue growth with new and existing clients
--Understand and effectively communicate Retailigence's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the growth of current and prospective client accounts
--Establish a metrics based approach to your book of business to enable accountability of your pipeline through to IO as well as into account growth and development
--Support marketing efforts via development of case studies, attend conferences/industry events and participate in other strategic and tactical activities as necessary
What We're Looking For
--2-5 year record of success in selling digital campaigns, primarily in agency, DSP, mobile or exchange related businesses. Experience in retail, direct response or shopper marketing a plus.
--Relationships with marketing decision makers in the media display ecosystems. Knowledge and contacts for the (mobile) biddable media marketplace a plus
--Some quantitative aptitude to understand and analyze results across branding display, performance display, direct response and CPx deal structures
--Skilled at consultative sales with an ability to assess a clients' needs, craft a solution, present the value proposition and close the deal
--Solid interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to excel in cross-functional teams
