Identify training and development needs for the sales organization through routine field travel and evaluation.
Develop and deliver instructor led and/or online training programs supporting product(s), disease, selling skills, marketplace/managed care, territory management and regulatory/compliance.
On-board new field sales personnel and support ongoing training and development initiatives.
Develop and manage the evaluation process that measures training effectiveness. Summarize results, suggest next steps and implement industry and organizational ?best practices?.
Develop and maintain updated training agendas for new hire training, follow-up training, and periodic sales/launch meetings.
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and marketing management, sales operations, regulatory, clinical, and legal affairs to design, build and deliver training programs.
Manage and maintain effective vendor relationships and departmental budgeting.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
BA/BA from accredited college/university.
Sales training experience (headquarter or field-based) preferred.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands with a high level of initiative and independence required.
Ability and willingness to conduct field travel, as well as to travel to sales meetings, client sites, etc. including overnight travel (>75%) required.
Experience in content development and instructional design a plus.
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
Excellent written, platform and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
