To help support our amazing growth, we are seeking an Online Community Manager. In this role, you will support and drive adoption of online community, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community. You will be required to support and/or manage digital projects for a range of marketing and customer success campaigns.
Manage and execute the live webinar event program
Repurpose and publish webinar recordings to appropriate outlets
Update and monitor social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spiceworks and others.
Engage with social communities, including posting editorial content, responding and real time management.
Coordinate with blog authors on a weekly basis to create content and publish posts
Support and drive adoption of MaaSters Center community forums
Monitor and create website content for Industry News section
Research and analyze online communities, trends and conversations.
Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and provide suggestions in how to take advantage of opportunities to use new technologies and approaches.
Support others in converting campaign strategies into innovative social media action plans to achieve marketing growth opportunities
Produce reports on relevant statistics, issues, and outcomes
2-4 years of online experience in a corporate environment; working operational experience and understanding of forums, blogs, documentation and messaging.
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or associated field is required
History of participation in online community and social media discussions, including monitoring, editing content, identifying urgent issues and trends while responding quickly and efficiently.
Experience interacting with IT audiences, including creating content such as, FAQs, videos, Webinars, and blog posts.
Experience using Salesforce, WebEx, or Eloqua to capture, track and report on leads
Strong organizational and multitasking skills and a proactive approach when working with stakeholders with different objectives.
Understanding of paid ad placements and sponsored content across social media platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. and monitor for ROI.
Solid understanding of analytics, SEO and social media platforms and monitoring tools.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
