If any of this sounds true, you'd probably be a good fit for Telerik's Online Marketing Manager role.
The role is responsible for driving and managing all aspects of Sitefinity?s online presence globally, including web site, SEO, SEM, affiliate, mobile and emerging online channels. The ideal candidate is an experienced online marketer with B2B web site experience, a strong knowledge of organic and paid search, excellent analytical skills, and demonstrated knowledge of web analytics relating to website data, conversion rates, and ROI.
Here are some things you would have done last week, if you were a part of our team, as the Online Marketing Manager:
? Led online marketing activities across all product lines, including SEM, remarketing, display, etc.
? Worked closely with product marketing to ensure smartest spend of online marketing dollars, focusing on lead generation and cost per lead
? Coordinated development of creative and media materials with external and internal teams
? Partnered with web development teams to optimize landing pages to achieve maximum marketing spend effectivenes
? Provided online marketing subject matter expertise to the marketing team for online campaigns, events promotion, etc.
? Utilized web analytics to constantly test and optimize online marketing efforts
? Led paid social media activities such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
? Identified and implemented creative online and mobile marketing initiatives
? Managed regular reporting and updates and identified areas of improvement in marketing and business management
? Ensured the web site best supports Telerik?s business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, outstanding brand presence, broad awareness)
? Contributed to and supported the execution of inbound marketing and social media strategies
? Managed search engine optimization efforts
? Reviewed and improved metrics for online success, and optimized online marketing spend based on these metrics
? Analyzed website traffic from all marketing sources, identified customer segments, mapped visitor paths, and tracked conversion rates from site visits, prospects, leads and customers
? Managed and optimized the day-to-day ecommerce marketing activities by effectively testing landing pages, special promotions, content, product placement and overall ecommerce funnel
? Stayed at the forefront of online marketing programs and innovations
? Worked closely with demand generation and product marketing team members to ensure plans are strategically aligned and business needs are met
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
? 3+ years experience managing SEM/SEO, email campaigns, and social media marketing
? Extensive knowledge of web marketing and electronic tracking and reporting
? Proven track record of excellence in fast-moving e-commerce or online marketing division/company
? Previous experience with planning and organizing marketing programs
? Well versed in all online media: SEM/SEO, online advertising, email, social
? Excellent communication skills: external, internal collaboration and negotiation
? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
? Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through
? Proven history of taking ownership in projects and driving them to successful conclusion
? Data junkie who loves diving deep into campaign performance in order to optimize return
? Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, involving multiple teams across the globe
? Balance of hands on and ability to manage outside resources and agencies
? Requires strong relationships and collaboration with Marketing counterparts, Sales, IT, and Management departments
