Partner Marketing Associate
Do you have a passion for building and growing a partner program? Do you have the ability to identify and align joint business needs to drive new business and expand a partner ecosystem? Are you interested in collaborating with business partners to define and execute co-marketing activities? If you answered yes to these questions, then you may be the right candidate for SailPoint.
As a Partner Marketing Associate, you will have the responsibility to define, execute and support co-marketing activities with our worldwide partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for understanding the partner?s (e.g., solution integrator and reseller partners) business needs and for aligning those needs to SailPoint and our joint prospects. You will define co-marketing messaging, campaigns and tactics to support awareness, demand generation or customer patronage goals. The Partner Marketing Associate will also collaborate with Channel Management, Marketing Communications and each partner to execute co-marketing activities. You will assist in the conception/refinement of partner program benefits and requirements that reward our partner ecosystem and SailPoint respectively. Along with co-marketing management, this job will also have sales and marketing ownership and support of our partner portal.

Define, execute and support partner co-marketing messaging, campaigns and tactics.
Enable awareness and demand generation/lead creation from SailPoint marketing campaigns to partner organizations.
Reassure knowledge transfer to partner marketing activities with regards to SailPoint positioning, value proposition, features, and competitive advantages.
Provide accurate reflection of company messages, differentiation, brand, logo, and trademarks in all joint marketing activities.
Support measurement of program success ? including campaign tracking and metrics.
Aid in definition of partner program requirements and benefits.
Provide operational support of partner program marketing benefits (e.g. content repository, co-branding collateral, email campaigns) and sales benefits (e.g. lead registration, lead distribution).
Manage Marketing Development Fund distribution and tracking.
Proactive website alignment of partner and SailPoint branding.
4-5 year?s experience in assisting channel or technology partner marketing. Worked in a start-up or high growth environment.
Outstanding project management and analytical skills: proven track record of driving the introduction of new, incremental, and simultaneous co-marketing campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivery in document, Web, and presentation form, as well as over the phone.
People skills that promote personal relationship building between virtual teams - working directly with varied headquarters resources and partners in co-marketing activity definition and execution.
Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
Must work well in a team, fast-paced, unstructured and deadline-driven environment.
Experience with Salesforce.com.
Bachelor?s degree required; MBA a plus
