The Technology Partner Business Manager is a team player and leader who is both an external product and project liaison to the growing set of technology partnerships as well as an internal driver within this SaaS company to define, execute and productize the technology partnership.
The main objective of this role is to ensure that the technology partnership solutions that are defined and built with technology partners are not only scalable across the partner's joint clients but also address client needs and pain points.
This person would work on productizing and project managing technology partnership projects.
Drive and manage a range of technology partner integration projects requiring the detailed definition of business and product requirements (BRDs), matrix team management, partner interactions, and the engagement of appropriate internal resources - including business development, sales, marketing, client services, and software development and engineering.
Work closely with core internal partnership team to define partnership priorities, business and product requirements for any new joint technology partnership product and related integration as well as shepherd the execution of the partnership integration with the appropriate internal team members and external partners.
Manage and analyze ongoing business relationships in tandem with Business Development and Marketing to optimize business objectives with partners.
Provide support to Marketing and Sales for go-to-market collateral development by having a complete knowledge of current partnership product offerings and best practices.
