Principal Consultant ? Implementation of Incentive Compensation Management Applications:
Principal Consultant ? Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) is responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of Xactly?s on-demand ICM solutions.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end solutions delivery and customer expectations
Lead business requirements and data collection
Analyze compensation plans and policies, and develop functional specifications and
Lead the configuration of comp plans, unit testing and system testing in Xactly Incent
Work with customers to deploy Xactly?s applications in production
Lead transition to customers
Provide guidance and QA to Xactly?s implementation partners
Develop reusable processes, templates and toolkits for rapid deployment.
Some travels to client sites are needed (up to 50%). Must live in a city with easy
access to a major airport.
Desired Skills & Experience
B.A./B.S in business, accounting, finance or information systems
Played the roles of technical project manager, functional lead, or technical lead in at least two enterprise application implementation projects (e.g., ICM, ERP, CRM, HRMS)
At least three years of experience in business or IT consulting
Knowledge of sales compensation and sales operations is a plus
Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and play multiple roles
Enjoy working with customers at various levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
