We currently are hiring for a Product Manager. Your role will be to oversee the continued improvements, growth, and expansion of our flagship product, PeopleLinx. You will be responsible for executing the company?s vision for this solution and for managing those responsible for making it happen.
Founded in 2009 by former and early LinkedIn executives, PeopleLinx is a pioneer and recognized leader in Social Business. We have extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Social Business strategy, risk management, workflow, and software applications. With this background we have developed a solution that allows our clients to successfully navigate and leverage social networking sites like LinkedIn. Our solution uses traditional social media tools in a business environment in order to deliver tangible return on investment for our clients. We have helped deliver shortened sales cycles, higher net sales, higher net leads, and improved recruiting, all while saving clients time and money.
Our current client base includes Fortune 500 companies and other leading institutions. We are based in Center City, Philadelphia.
Manage a team responsible for delivering established product roadmap
Develop, collect, organize and prioritize product requirements from internal departments and customers
Establish and maintain product schedules, release plans and functional priorities through coordination with internal and external constituencies
Maintain product roadmap by analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying market trends and interviewing customers
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and client delivery teams to solicit product input, support sales efforts and train on new functionality
Represent PeopleLinx at industry events and in discussions with industry analysts

Exposure to many aspects of a startup ? operations, client delivery, senior leadership, investors, etc. Candidates will work closely alongside senior leadership and many startup veterans
Reasonable business and commuting expenses will be reimbursed; travel will not be required for this position
General Requirements and Qualifications
4+ years of Product Management experience in either enterprise software or professional software services
Demonstrable working knowledge and experience in iterative and waterfall development methodologies
Experience recruiting fulltime and contracting software development resources
Experience developing and maintaining product budgets
Strong understanding of enterprise software development best practices
Experience in working in a highly cross functional environment and driving inter-departmental decisions
Experience with sales cycles, including presenting to prospects and supporting key sales efforts
Energetic and personable.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally, prior experience with an emerging growth company; able to adapt and thrive in a fast changing environment.
