The Manager of Proposals & Product Management, reporting to the VP of Proposals, Pricing and Product, will be accountable for the creation of specific client proposals and the development of standard proposal generation procedures. This position will also support the development and management of company products, including collaboration on standard descriptions, pricing, sales collateral, & forecasts.
Generate consistent customer proposals that optimize the value to Core Performance while achieving consistency and solid ROI for our customer
Optimize the proposal generation process
Develop product pricing strategies based on competitive offerings and overall product line roadmap
Optimize product cost structures, including internal & supplier pricing & terms
Collaborate on new product development and prioritization
Manage the lifecycle, sales support, and planning for existing products
Planning & Reporting
Publish standard product reports and forecasts
Create product plans including market penetration, competitive analysis, and revenue / volume forecast
5-10 years experience within Product Management and Sales Support
Experienced in Product Plan Development, Pricing Strategies, Revenue Commitment & Fulfillment Planning
Experienced in process development & operational procedure development
Excellent analytic & problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience in supporting and collaborating in a multi-site environment
Bachelor?s degree and related experience
