Product Manager/Product Marketing innoPath Software

innoPath technology drives the support and care of mobile devices at the speed of life. Using innoPath's solutions, subscribers, mobile operators and device manufacturers can update, diagnose, and fix devices over-the-air. The benefits of using innoPath technology include avoided device recalls and returns, reduced incidence of support calls, improved first call resolutions for issues related to Android and iOS devices, and increased subscriber satisfaction. We are looking for an innovative and energetic product specialist with a unique blend of product management and marketing experience. This position will report into Senior Director, Products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Engage in the product lifecycle end-to-end (inception, definition, development, release, and post-release).
-- Analyze the mobile market, including end user behavior and customer care challenges, to inform strategy and product decisions.
-- Dive deep to understand and articulate technical product needs.
-- Develop messaging and positioning through a variety of channels (email, online, mobile, social media) to support current and upcoming products and releases.
-- Define and develop product plans (inbound and outbound) for existing innoPath products as well as for new feature launches.
-- Conduct product specific research to understand the competitive landscape and customer satisfaction drivers.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-- 5+ years of solid product experience, both inbound and outbound.
-- Experience having delivered consumer facing mobile applications on Android, iOS and/or Windows Phone.
-- Must own a smartphone, know about the mobile OS ecosystem, and have an opinion about who the best vendors are and why.
-- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into consumer insights.
-- Passionate and devoted, including proud oversight of your product end-to-end.
-- Superior communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and read between the lines.
-- Self-starter and scrappy, including the ability to research and understand a rapidly evolving mobile landscape.
-- Comfortable in a startup environment, with the ability to write technical product requirements for an Agile audience.
-- Ability to travel up to 10-25%.
-- Bachelors' degree in preferably in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent is required.
