As part of the Information Technology team, the program manager will provide over-arching program management leadership on assigned technologies in partnership with business stakeholders, product groups, service management, and delivery organizations.
Coordinates and communicates with all stakeholders the vision, strategy, and execution
for end to end solution delivery
Partners with business and technical resources to facilitate the analyzing of
requirements, analyzing impacts, proposing designs, developing specs, and finally
driving the designs to completion through virtual team leadership across PM,
Arch, Dev, Test, Ops and business areas with exit criteria for milestones
Engages PMO, Architects, Development Delivery Managers and IT engineers,
effectively building a ?trusted advisor? relationship with these teams through consistent
on-time, on-budget and high quality delivery
Act as the virtual team owner through the SDLC, balancing resources, schedule, scope,
and commitments required to deliver the defined scope/features
Manage program budget and effectively manage Forecast and Actuals
Remove obstacles and create clarity and consensus to lead decisions on end to end
Lead the risk management plan for an end to end solution and ensure compliance with
the delivery framework
Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other teams across business/IT groups
to hit project milestones
Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs.
Follows established processes as outlined by Manager.
Participates in process review and improvement with Manager.

Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
Must have at least five years? experience.
5 years experience in Program Management or related information technology fields (Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation and high level of comfort with writing and reviewing user stories and test cases
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes, and technology
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM technique
Knowledge of Enterprise platforms, applications and processes relating to: CRM, e-Commerce, Billing, Payment Processing and Provisioning.
Experience with systems and business process to support new product introductions.
Experience with systems and business process integration relating to mergers and acquisitions.

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times. Additional hours and/or overtime depending on position and needs of the business may be required.
