Job Description: Program Manager
TTM is seeking a team player with drive, ambition and self-motivation to meet and exceed educational business objectives. The Program Manager will be responsible for building maintaining key relationships and providing education-centered consultation, training and support to help maximize usage and results with their clients. The Program Manager will take a central role in ensuring appropriate implementation of TTM products with emphasis on a positive start-up and ongoing consultative support through critical points during the customer experience.
This position will report to the Director of State Programs
Must reside in Oklahoma
Education experience as a K-12 classroom teacher or administrator is required
Mathematics education knowlege and experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks in an environment that requires multi-tasking
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet project requirements and quickly handle client issues
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in written and verbal communications to clients
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Willingness to travel throughout the school year up to 30%
Implementation, Professional Development, and Customer Support Tasks:
Plan and facilitate onsite and web-based training and coaching to teachers, students and administrators
Remote and in-person meetings with key personnel for the district to plan details of implementation training and train math coaches on their part of the training.
Conduct onsite startup and ongoing implementation observations, review and improvement meetings; coach both teachers and administration on how to improve implementations.
Monitor customer setup to create independent usage by students and teachers during the ?critical? implementation stage
Provide analysis and recommendations of improvement using data to guide the customer to improve student performance and classroom usage ? linking program to the regular classroom
Evaluate and communicate implementation fidelity and effect of TTM on high stakes test results.
Maximize customer satisfaction through excellence in implementation services with minimal complaints
Report product challenges and solutions to TTM management
Audit product changes and improvements to maintain constant baseline, proactively communicating a consistent message to customers
Willingness to travel. (Position may require travel up to 50% of the time (at peak) and may require overnight stays)
