Responsible for managing the development and implementation process of customer projects relating to Advanced Products. Focus is mainly on orders with moderate complexity, including fiber builds. This role ensures effective coordination between installation, customer, vendor, LEC and all cross-departmental functions for assigned projects. Added responsibility for ensuring a positive customer experience, and being the voice of the customer within our organization. Having an in-depth understanding of the customer?s expectations, preferences and aversions with the ability to speak knowledgably to those. Detailed documentation is required.
Requirements?Develop project implementation plans and timelines for multiple complex orders in conjunction with local Sales Representatives, Sales Engineering and the customer.
?Schedule internal and external project implementation meetings to include all necessary representatives, as well as the customer and any required outside vendors
?Monitor the installation process from planning through delivery of services.
?Detail oriented with professional oral and written communication skills.
? Minimum 3 years? proven Project Management
?Minimum of 5 years? experience in Telecommunications.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook programs and software required
Associate?s degree in Business Administration
