Project Lead, Client Service Operations Brandmuscle

The Client Service Operations, Project Lead (PLCS) provides exceptional service to our clients in the primary role of new client implementation management and onboarding. In addition, this individual works with the Client Service team for project execution. Exemplary client management skills are essential for success in this position.
Under general direction, the PLCS's responsibilities include:
Managing, with supervision, all aspects of implementation of the BrandMuscle solution to new clients ensuring the solution meets client scope and delivery date
Managing, with supervision, all aspects of implementation of specific BrandMuscle products for existing clients
Assisting with and managing multiple projects of a complex nature, including assigning individual responsibilities for the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing a schedule to ensure completion of projects
Interfacing with all teams affecting projects for the client, including end users, Product Development and Client Service teams
Consistently ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables
Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to your Manager, Client Service team, Company Directors and Executives
Providing recommendations by developing a thorough understanding of the client's business and applying best practices that meet the client's business objectives, measured by client implementation survey and manager input
Monitoring project goals post-launch, with the Client Service team by scheduling monthly meetings to discuss goals and defining tactical and strategic recommendations to reach goals
Assisting with financial goal management for client implementations and projects
Completing client billing as needed accurately and timely
Mentoring the Client Service teams on new products, practices and procedures
Providing quality assurance testing of new releases for the Client Service team, as needed
Working closely with the Product Development team to prioritize issue resolution to meet both the client's and BrandMuscle's objectives
Demonstrated track record of successful project management either independently or with assistance
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
Proven track record of providing exceptional client service
Previous presentation experience a plus
Advertising industry knowledge a plus
Some travel required
Two to four years ad agency, account service or client side advertising management experience is preferred.
