Promotion Manager ePrize
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The ePrize Promotion Manager provides on-going support to the Legal Department and Client Services Teams. This will include drafting Official Rules that govern our promotions; being responsible for the project management of all of ePrize?s Administrative Promotions; reviewing web based promotions and supporting advertising for legal compliance; and communicating directly with ePrize clients.
Description and Responsibilities:
Drafting Official Rules and Terms and Conditions for legal compliance for our promotions.
Review promotions and supporting advertising for legal compliance.
Coordinating all of the Administrative Promotions for ePrize by acting as the liaison between ePrize and ePrize clients.
Negotiating and drafting Official Rules with clients.
Supporting the Legal Department in all of its legal needs.
Communicating directly with ePrize clients, ePrize sales team, and ePrize project managers.
Researching legal issues related to promotions and privacy laws.
Reviewing promotional websites and advertisements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
1-4 years of professional experience
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent client/customer service skills
Ability to anticipate, initiate, and follow through on projects with minimal supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
Logical thinker with problem solving skills
Strong grammatical/proofing skills
