The mobile team manager will lead our team of Quality Assurance Engineers in test validation and verification and advancement from manual testing to automation in the Mobile space. This is a hands-on role that allows you to drive the direction, testing solutions implementation and quality of one of GSN Digital's key initiatives. You will reinforce best practices, such as automation, testing from front end UIs through backend Mobile platforms, and help each team member contribute to the group's success. You will act as a coach and mentor for the quality assurance engineers and be the QA voice of the group for the rest of the organization.
Throughout your career (which started before Apple launched its? first iPhone, but closer to the introduction of the iPod) you have...
-helped deliver multiple simultaneous projects on-time against competing deadlines
-designed, implemented and lead a test strategy from the beginning and evolved your process throughout a QA organization
-developed a fondness for the mobile industry and are eager to apply QA best practices such as test driven development, device matrix testing and automation in a new market for GSN.
