THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Recruiting Manager - Technical & Operations, you?ll play an important role in helping our recruiting team hire the best, brightest and most diverse candidates. You?ll work in close partnership with the Recruiting team to build the process, tools, and projects which lead to great hires as well as facilitate great headcount management. Above all else, you?ll focus on ensuring that our staffing organization and our company is well-informed and able to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions.
? Structuring and performing analysis independently, and conducting research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations .
? Develop value-add analysis and partner with Staffing leadership to define and analyze key success metrics, measure efficiency, and inform the best possible business decisions.
? Managing projects independently and also able to influence and drive change within the organization with competing demands.
? BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
? Excellent communications skills and solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and diligence.
? Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfort dealing with ambiguity.
? Experience in process management, headcount operations, and hiring tool development.
? Strong spreadsheet proficiency.
