Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Region) Code Green Networks
Code Green Networks is seeking a proven IT Security Enterprise Sales Professional in the Eastern Region (Boston/New York Area) to accelerate our growth and firmly establish Code Green Networks as the market leader in Data Loss Protection (DLP) solutions.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all sales activities from lead follow-up through close in this assigned territory. In this role, he/she will:
Develop and implement a Regional Sales Plan to meet defined business goals of revenue generation and expansion of the customer base in the assigned territory.
Work seamlessly with channel partners and customers to effectively position Code Green Networks as the preferred DLP solution by demonstrating a strong understanding of the business issues and technical requirements that will drive a sale to closure.
Create and develop strong relationships at all levels within target customer and channel partner organizations from IT staff to C-level executives
Continuously assess the performance and potential of existing channel partners and optimize overall regional performance through training, support and recruitment of new partners
Maximize the region?s potential by maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, using Salesforce.com.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to marketing and product management on market trends, competition and product requirements.
A minimum of 5 years Enterprise sales experience with security products or networking technology and a proven track record of sales success in direct sales and channel environment.
Tenacity and personal motivation to build a territory from the ground up and rapidly deliver results start-up company experience a plus
Strong combination of business acumen and technical knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly articulate value proposition and key differentiators
Quick learner ? ability to rapidly develop a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Experience working in a start-up environment.
Traveling as required throughout the territory
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline
