Sales Director Antenna Software

Overall objective: To take responsibility for identifying, qualifying and closing enterprise software and professional services deals within new large enterprise accounts.
Identify, qualify and close new business sales opportunities within new large enterprise accounts by demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
Exceed the sales plan and business objectives by successfully selling Antenna?s products and services into a designated vertical or geographic sales territory.
Manage the commercial relationship with the prospect during the full sales cycle. Actively lead the resolution of customer issues to ensure their satisfaction and a successful outcome to the sale.
Engage technical resources, as appropriate, to ensure the company overcomes any technical arguments in the sales cycle.
Develop trusted relationships at senior management level in customer organizations and develop and maintain their confidence by understanding the role of technology in helping them to achieve their business objectives.
Manage and develop solid relationships with strategic partners and, where appropriate, facilitate the sales process through channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships internally and ensure a high level of teamwork and collaboration with support staff and other functions within the company.
Coordinate and deliver timely, accurate and quality information, as required to meet sales goals. Track and forecast revenue in line with company format and procedures.
To adopt, maintain and encourage the company?s values and culture.
Will manage a select group of existing customers within the territory with the purpose of identifying new business opportunities within the enterprise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong academic background, with a bachelor?s degree in business or computer science
A minimum of 10 years enterprise software sales experience gained selling complex, multi-discipline, high value ($500,000+) solutions into large enterprise accounts and a track record of overachievement.
First-hand knowledge of the mobile enterprise application market. Alternatively high-end enterprise software experience and a good understanding of the mobile enterprise application market would be considered.
Demonstrated sales and account management skills; Consultative in style and the proven ability to sell at boardroom level.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both senior business and IT managers within large blue chip organizations.
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and pressurized environment.
Must have an ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively.
Ability to identify and resolve objections and sales barriers quickly and with integrity.
Highly self-motivated and driven. Tenacious, competitive and target orientated but also a team player.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Highly articulate with the ability quickly win the trust and confidence of colleagues, partners and clients at all levels.
